We are a web development company with a heavy focus on off-shore and near-shore outsourcing based out of beautiful Transylvania in Romania.

Our close quarter, pro-active approach, above & beyond attitude and dedication to quality code is what distinguishes us from most development agencies. Primal Skill was founded in 2007 and we've been going strong ever since.

We like to place people and relationships in the forefront rather than just focus on projects and hours.
